Licensing Agreement:

The Purchaser agrees to treat all motions purchased from the Documentary Clearing House and Associates, LLC, as the property of Documentary Clearing House LLC. Purchaser is licensed and otherwise authorized to exclusively use this motion to represent clients of the Purchaser. Purchaser shall not publish, transmit or otherwise disseminate motions purchased, in whole or in part, to anyone except to defend a client against foreclosure or negotiate an alternate dispute resolution on behalf of a client. So long as Purchaser shall comply with this Agreement, the vendor will not cancel Purchaser’s continuing right to use the motions purchased.
